The famous tapas route of Malaga returns this November
This time with the first edition of a very special "Memorable Malaga Tapas" route, which runs from the 3rd to 13th of November 2016. This route consists of 26 inspired tapas, which forged the gastronomic identity of the most iconic bars in the centre of Malaga.
A total of 26 chefs from Malaga have come together to take-part in the tapas creation. An original initiative that rediscovers and reviews some typical tapas from the?culinary history?of Malaga. Tradition and modernity shake hands on this route.
This year there are some very exquisite tapas on offer. These are just some of them; Pulpo Enchilado (octopus in spicy sauce),Hamburguesa de Antes?(breaded Russian steak in a tender muffin) Buchoncitos (monkfish strips breaded and fried with potatoes and homemade mayonnaise) and?Ligerita de Chivo Malague?o (a filling of suckling pork with a hint of moscatel wine and raisins).
As always, this all takes place in the?Historical Centre of Malaga, so there is no excuse not to check it out and taste something different!
