This luxurious brand new penthouse is located on the 5th floor of Malaga's famous building Malaga Felix Saenz, which was considered the most privileged location of the city at the beginning of the 20th century. It was completely renovated in 2011.
The accommodation is on the top floor of the building and offers a large living room with a flat-screen TV, sofa, dining table and access to a narrow balcony overlooking the rooftops. The living room has access to a fully equipped kitchen; on the charming terrace, you will find a dining table and breathtaking views of the city. The bedroom has an extra large bed, a bathroom with shower, a wardrobe and also has access to the balcony. This apartment is of exceptional quality and is perfect for a romantic getaway in the city.

We have stayed in this apartment several times. Like all Solaga properties it is exceptionally comfortable and there is even a small terrace which enables guests to sit out in the sunshine. We just love it.

Perfect English and professional yet friendly. When we arrived at Malaga Airport we had a driver waiting who took us directly to the apartment where Teresa from Solaga was waiting. She had already checked the apartment over thoroughly and had turned the air conditioning on to ensure we arrived to a cool retreat from the 35 degree heat. Perfect choice and we will book again without hesitation if it’s available.

Stayed in Felix Saens for one week. First night the kitchen floor was flooded due to heavy rain. Agent from Solaga arrived in 20 minutes and handled everything in the middle of the night so we could stay in the appartment. Very professional handling see more

We will definitely return to Malaga and Solaga. The appartment Felix Saenz was nice and located in the middle of everything. It would although have been nice with at Reading lamp beside the sofa. In the kitchen we were missing a pair of scissors and a potato peeler to open the packet with Belloto ham from the market and peel the potatoes to prepare 'patatas brava'. By the Way: The rest of the week we had beautiful weather with a few clouds and lots of sun.

The apartment is in the pedestrian zone, in the center of the the old town. The view from this beautiful and emblematic building is amazing. The apartment is well equiped and confortable. Service from Solaga was perfect. À wonderful stay!

A very attractive apartment, completely quiet in spite of being so central. Very clean and contained everything required, iron, hairdryer, etc. The solaga staff were very efficient and helpful. No complaints and hope to stay there again.
