  • Advertise your home on Solaga.com and all major rental portals such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Spain-Holiday.com, HomeAway etc
  • Carry out personal check-in and check-out services
  • Organise cleaning of your property before and after each guest
  • Maintain your property by carrying out minor repairs as needed and communicate with you when required
  • Issue a monthly status report of maintenance performed
  • Provide secured credit card facilities
  • Provide a transparent access to a private account on our website to view your property calendar, earnings, bookings and prices
  • Prepare your property for your personal use when needed (no seasonal restrictions apply)
  • We can offer references from some of our existing owners upon request

Preliminary services

Holiday homes in Andalusia must follow regional government regulations. In order to ensure that your property meets said requirements, we take care of the following on your behalf:

  • Obtain a ‘licencia de primera ocupacion’, a necessary step to be eligible for getting your touristic apartment license
  • Apply for the license with the local authorities
  • Register your property with the Police and register incoming guests within 24 hours after check-in
  • Offer advice on how to decorate and feature your holiday home to maximize rental potentials
  • Use the services of a professional photographer to maximize the visual marketing of your property (including digital floor plans)
  • Advise on tax matters for non-residents
  • Use advanced technology to optimize pricing and returns

Our Terms

As the owner of the property, you will receive the rental amount paid by each client minus a percentage that Solaga will retain for the services provided (percentage amount to be agreed).

The rental amount does not include extra charges such as cleaning fees (ranging from 50€ to 80€), credit card fees (around 3%) etc.

Also excluded are extra services such as airport pickups, parking, high chairs etc.

Your earning potential

First, you decide the minimum rental price you wish to establish as a base rate, i.e. off-season rate

Then, based on our state-of-the-art yield management pricing system, we advise you on how to optimize both occupancy and returns by offering the highest competitive prices the market will allow with automatic daily adjustments.
