All reservations are made using a reservation system (VRMS) provided by Avantio; INTERNET TOURISM SOLUTIONS S.L. with tax ID CIF B97090138 and physical address of C/ SAFOR 5 - PLANTA 1 46015, VALENCIA, Spain. As all bookings are secured through this software system, your personal data provided to Solaga at the time of booking is stored on their servers.
Card payments made are processed through the processing service offered by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., a company incorporated in Ireland and with offices at 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin. If you have made a payment by card for your reservation, to exercise your rights, the Data Protection Officer may be contacted via firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event that you are currently subscribed to receive our newsletter or offers, certain personal data may be transferred to our partner, The Rocket Science Group, LLC 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA, who is operating MailChimp, the service we use to manage the sending of our client communications.
