With over 50 properties in the historical district of Malaga city alone, we can provide most guests the exact type of self-catered accommodation that they need, from a cosy apartment for a short city break to a luxury penthouse from a beach holiday.
Simply put, for better comfort, more space and less money. In most cases, renting a self-catering apartment is more cost-effective than renting a hotel room, especially if there are more than 2 people in your party. Self-catering apartments provide facilities to prepare your own meals. You essentially have an apartment you may use as your own home. Apartments are usually roomier than hotel rooms and come with kitchens and common areas. Most have laundry facilities so you can pack light, no need for so many clothes! Although daily cleaning is not provided during your stay, if you wish to be pampered we can offer you additional services such as extra towels or extra cleaning. Please contact us in advance for a quote and we will ensure all the arrangements can be made for your special holiday.
Yes. We can arrange for a private chauffeur to meet you at the airport with a sign with your name. We can also arrange transfers to Nerja and Marbella. Please email us at email@example.com for more information and a quote.
Yes. Please contact us as early as possible to secure a space as it is subject to availability and higher seasons can sell out quickly. We have several parking options in the city for 15€ per day.
Yes. In most cases the full balance is taken 30 days prior to your arrival. However, if you prefer to pay sooner, we can provide you payment options upon request. Note: Extras such as baby cot, high chairs, parking, extra towels or cleaning must be paid in cash on arrival and will not be included in the total price.
We need your passport (or national ID card) for several reasons. For us to properly invoice, we would need a means of identifying you so a passport number or valid ID card number is required. Also as a legal requirement for holiday rentals in Andalusia, your passport details need to be registered with the Police.
It is standard practice in the holiday rental industry to keep a security deposit to cover any potential damage to the property. Depending on the property, the security deposit is held by credit card or paid in cash on arrival. In case the deposit is held by credit card, we do not actually charge anything to your credit card unless there is damage to the property. Your number is stored on our bank’s secure site as a security. In case the deposit is payable in cash, the amount paid will be refunded in full at the time of check out provided the apartment inspection reveals no damage to either the apartment or its contents. The amount of the security deposit varies with each property, it is usually between 100€ and 300€
All of the apartments in our portfolio are thoroughly cleaned by a professional team before and after each guest. The cleaning cost is shown separately from the accommodation price so you can see which portion of your booking goes towards the accommodation itself and which portion goes towards cleaning. Some companies prefer to build in the cleaning fee in the total rental price (which you as a guest end up paying anyway!), we opted for more transparency
The following cancellation fees will apply:
- More than 30 days before arrival date: loss of the booking fee
- 29 – 8 days before arrival date: 50% of the total rental price
- 7 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total rental price
No matter your flight times, we can arrange a personal check in service. Please note that for the after-hours check in, there is a fee of 25€ after 20:00 h and after midnight it is 35€ payable in cash upon check in.
